I am passionate about helping people improve their personal and professional lives, especially before they reach the point of burnout. My mission is to support you in creating a better experience in your daily life. Finding balance, clarity, and fulfillment.

Change is never easy. Recognizing the need for change is one step, but taking action and sustaining it is a longer journey. My coaching program is centered around you. It is designed to encourage you to speak up about your needs so that the results are tailored as much as possible to fit your unique life.

I don’t make up solutions for you. I suggest tools and guidance based on my experience and act as your sparring partner. Let’s face it: ideas and actions are better when shared than when kept to ourselves. I’ll keep you on track during your busy life while providing a safe space with complete confidentiality.

With my background as a medical doctor and an Executive MBA (EMBA), I bring both an understanding of human well-being and strategic insights into leadership, decision-making, and organizational dynamics. Together, we can work toward meaningful change that positively impacts every aspect of your life.

While I currently conduct sessions in English, I am actively improving my German (B2 level) and will soon be able to offer coaching in German as well.
